Sensory-Conscious Construction
Most Love&Luka garments are designed with no internal seams, and necessary seams are carefully positioned to minimise irritation against the skin.
Inner tags have been removed, and dyes have been selected to be gentle and safe for sensitive skin.
Necklines are intentionally lowered and widened to reduce feelings of restriction and anxiety and to improve airflow around the throat.
Sleeve lengths are designed slightly longer than standard so they can be folded back if damp or dirty, helping reduce irritation around the wrists- especially for the kids that suffer from eczema, and to eliminate distractions.
Waistbands are designed to be soft and flexible, allowing ease of movement without unnecessary pressure or restriction.
Fastenings and closures have been designed to give the wearer comfort, options and variations.

Fabric and Materials
Organic cotton fabrics are used throughout the range, selected for softness, breathability and durability.
Interlock knits provide smooth surfaces on both sides of the fabric, while woven fabrics provide gentle structure where needed.
Love&Luka garments are developed in accordance with recognised textile safety standards including OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification and fabrics processed according to Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS).
