We want you to feel confident when shopping with Love&Luka Clothing. Every garment is carefully quality checked before dispatch to ensure it meets our standards.
If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us at: orders@loveandlukaclothing.com within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
Change of Mind & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or the item does not fit, you may request a return for store credit.
Items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- All tags attached
- No marks or stains (including makeup, tan, deodorant or washing)
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In a condition suitable for resale
Once received and approved, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s).
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an order qualified for free shipping and items are returned which bring the order below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost may be deducted from the store credit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
All garments are quality checked before dispatch. However, if you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
Once the item is returned and assessed, if a manufacturing fault is confirmed you will be offered:
- A replacement item, or
- A store credit, or
- A refund
If the item is confirmed faulty, Love&Luka Clothing will cover the cost of return shipping also.
Important Notes
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Items that have been tampered with or altered will not be accepted.
Final sale or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the sender.
